Retail
Work with the best. Both locations hire individuals who enjoy working with plants and have good customer service skills. Sargent's prides itself on top-notch customer service! Apply early (January - April) for spring and summer retail positions.

Production
Our annual and perennial production teams start early in the year. Working in our greenhouses is both educational and rewarding. Apply early (January - April) for spring positions.

Landscape
We have a wide variety of positions to fill in our landscape department at the north location, general installation, retaining wall, patio, and pond construction. We encourage you to apply in early spring (March and April).

Design
