To help ensure your satisfaction, Sargent's Landscape Nursery offers the following warranty.

Warranty

Sargent's agrees to resupply once at no charge any tree, shrub, or evergreen purchased at regular retail price which fails to grow in the first two years from the date of purchase. Plants purchased on sale are warrantied to the sale price only.

Not Covered

Warranty does not apply to annuals, perennials, roses, sod, plants in above-ground containers, or customer's plants which have been transplanted. We do not warranty against losses due to vandalism, theft, mechanical or chemical injury, animal damage, pest damage, or neglect.

Customer

The purchaser agrees to follow proper planting, maintenance, watering frequency and winter protection, make proper payment when due and furnish proof of purchase.
