During the spring and early summer, our peak season, Sargent’s depends on over 120 employees who work in all facets of the business. As each season progresses, the number of full-time employees tapers off to about 40. With over 247 years of combined experience, our team is eager to assist you with your landscaping and gardening needs. Many of our staff members are Minnesota Nursery Landscape Association Certified Professionals. MNLA established this certification program in 1978. Certification is earned by taking an examination and kept current with continuing education annually. It has been an effective tool in the green business for promoting educated staff, commitment to the industry, and a resource to customers for knowledgable information.

Whether you are visiting one of our garden centers and working with one of our 45-plus employees or having a tree planted by one of our 40 landscape crew members, we hope you will always find all employees to be friendly, helpful, and courteous.
