Wild Rice Casserole |

12 oz. wild rice |
1 1/2 sticks butter |
1 1/2 cups onions, chopped |
8 oz. mushrooms, chopped |
1 1/2 cups almonds, chopped or slivered |
4 1/2 cups chicken broth |
Saute wild rice in butter for 30 minutes. Place in a greased casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Serves 6-8.
