Velveeta Spicy Spinach Dip

1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, NOT thawed
1 pound Velveeta Cheese, cut up
1-8 ounce cream cheese, Cut Up
1 can Rotel Diced Tomatoes And Green Chiles, drained

Place frozen spinach in microwave and cook on high for 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook on high for 5 minutes. Stirring after 3 minutes. This can then be kept warm in a crock-pot on low. Serve with tortilla chips.
