Tomato Basil Open Faced Sandwiches

1 English muffin |
Mayonnaise |
2- one inch slices tomato |
Chopped basil |
Mozzarella cheese |
|
Turn on broiler or warm up grill. Spread mayonnaise over each side of the English muffin and put tomato slice on top. Sprinkle chopped basil over and then place mozzarella cheese slice over over cheese. Broil for two minutes or until warmed and brown on top. Grill for 3-5 mintues. Enjoy all summer! |
