Sun-Dried Tomato Roll-ups |

1/2 cup sour cream |
1 8oz. cream cheese |
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated |
1/2 cup chopped green onions |
3 Tbsp. fresh basil |
1/2 tsp. garlic powder |
1/3 cup Robert Rothschild's Sun-Dried Tomato |
flour torillas |
Blend Sun-Dried Tomato Vegetable Dip with sour cream and cream cheese. Add garlic powder, fresh basil, and chopped green onion. After all is well mixed, add grated sharp cheddar cheese. Chill. Spread on flour tortillas. Roll up and cut into pinwheels. Refrigerate until time to serve. |
