Spicy Dipped Pineapple
2/3 cups sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 pineapple peeled, cored and cut into 1 ½ inch chunks
Wooden skewers
Combine sugar, chili powder and salt in a small serving dish
Place 3 pieces of pineapple on skewers and set out with dipping sugar.
