Parmesan Cheese Crackers |
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese makes about 12 crackers |
Heat oven to 400 degrees. For each cracker, spread 2 teaspoons of cheese on an ungreased cookie sheet. Spread in a circle, very thinly. Grind pepper over the top. Bake 6 - 8 minutes untl lightly brown. Remove immediately from the pan. Cool on paper towel. Cover and keep in refrigerator until they are to be served. Make the day before they are to be served. |
