Cool weather is now upon us accompanied by light rain.  This is a reminder that the beauty of summer is ending. Fall has arrived. As the temperatures dip colder each night, the beautiful fall colors will be commanding more attention. Yellows, oranges, and reds will be so rich during the coming of weeks. I love the splendor of the sugar maples, which are my favorite tree. Ginkgo and the oak are right up there, but Sugars have the best fall color, putting them on top. Ginkgo trees are very unique and have been around since the dinosaur age. The oak trees are so majestic, and I enjoy watching squirrels running around them aimlessly gathering acorns in preparation for a long winter. The squirrels are fun to watch. Do you have a favorite tree? Such a simple question, yet often difficult to answer. Take a trip to the local park and ponder the question. Stop into either location and ask my co-workers what their favorite tree is. We love to talk trees!

The next few weeks are a great time to plant spring blooming bulbs. Crocus, daffodils, tulips, and alliums add a great deal of color to any yard come the spring. The flowers peek through just as we all think winter will remain forever! Choose from a rainbow of colors at either location.
