Mixed Greens or Spinach Salad with Hot Pepper Raspberry Dressing
This fat free dressing is excellent on spinach or mixed greens.
1/4 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Hot Pepper Raspberry Spread
2 tablespoons Raspberry vinegar
2 tablespoons water
6 tablespoons olive oil
Fill jar with all ingredients. Shake well and pour over your favorite mixed greens.
