Greek Green Bean Salad
1 1/2 lbs. fresh green beans, cleaned, blanched, and plunged into ice water	1 small red onion, thinly sliced into rings
3/4 cup sliced Greek Kalamata olives, pitted	8 oz. crumbled feta cheese
tomato wedges	3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil	1 garlic clove, mashed
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper	salt and pepper
Whisk together vinegar, oil, garlic, pepper and seasonings. Pour over other ingredients and lightly blend together.
