Faye's Favorite Guacamole |

2 ripe avacados |
1 clove garlic, finely minced |
1 large tomato |
1/2 tsp. sea salt |
fresh ground pepper |
1 tsp. fresh lime juice |
Peel and mash avacados. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Serve within an hour or so. |
