Faye's Cranberry Bread
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup sugar
1 beaten egg
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tsp. hot water
Mix all ingredients together. Fold in one cup cranberries, halved or chopped. Grease and flour the pan. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325 degrees. Makes one large loaf or two mini loaves.
