Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
2 quarts strawberries	2 cups (12 oz.) chocolate chips
1/4 cup whipping cream
Rinse and dry strawberries. Microwave chocolate and cream on medium heat for 3 1/2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Dip strawberries and let stand on waxed paper until firm.
