Sargent's Recipe Collection
Beer Cheese Dip
3 (8 oz.) blocks of cream cheese softened
1 Package (1 ounce) powdered Ranch Dressing Mix
About 1/2 of a can or bottle of flavorful beer (I use Rocky's Revenge).
Mix these together with a mixer or spoon and then add 8 ounces of shredded cheese of your choice. (Colby, Cheddar or Monterey Jack.) Mix together and chill for a few hours. Serve with flat pretzels or crackers.
This delicious dip was served at our 2008 Rewards Club Party and enjoyed by hundreds!
