Balsamic Honey Vinaigrette                                                

3 shallots, minced
1/3 cup white or brown balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsp. honey
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cup olive oil

Combine first four ingredients in a small bowl and then whisk in the olive oil. 
Store in the refrigerator.
